Going to put it out for 1 to 2 years and come back to it in the future, hope it doesn't become shit. 2 years ?! U sure have extraordinary patience bruh, i just drop a novel or manga when it isn't updated for a month. It isn't about patience, I just have an awful memory and would have already forgotten about this novel if it wasn't for your comment I bet I reminded u about it let's remind you again it;s dropped So sad, I just remembered this novel after over a year waitingm, only to find out that it has been dropped for almost a year For a cultivation novel, it is on lower side of bloodbath, MC is too careful and strategic, not arrogant at all. If you are looking for MC who constantly get into fights, massacres, have an attitude of "I don't want peace, I want problems, always" and beat opponent two-three level above themselves, this novel is not for you as MC is kinda nerd. Neutral review made at chapter 82Problems:The grammar makes it very painful to read, with contextual dissection being necessary to understand parts. There is also the problem of bad vocabulary choice and substitutions with similar sounding words.The characterization is god awful, enough of a reason as any to drop the novel. You have an age-maturity problem that is quite honestly crazy. With these 10 year old kids acting like they’re adults and going on killing sprees without batting an eye, especially seeing how most of them came from normal families that were scared of cultivators. The world-building is the equivalent of getting kicked in the balls, with an attempt of xianxia that has failed due to the authors lack of knowledge in eastern oriental culture, and him filling in the gaps with western stuff. If it was done well like in defiance of the fall, it wouldn’t be a problem, but it’s done in a way that makes it cringe and immature.For those here for the math, it’s mediocre. It’s basic college level math and really low leveled for mister ‘world famed math god’, however for those who don’t really care it’s simple to just glance over and ignore most of it.Now that’s a lot of bad things right? But this is a neutral review, with no good things sadly. Regardless of how awful the quality, it’s still a passable story with lots of potential. The Mc id built in a way that makes him clearly cut, and not so much of an MC fighting against the heavens. Sadly he seems to be the only such character…Conclusion: okay story with bad grammar and bad world building and awful characters other than the Mc. Math is algebra that you don’t need to understand to get the story aswell.Personal rating6/10Could be way better if the author rewrote it with the help of an editor. It moves a little slowly but makes great effort in creating a unique character to follow. I’d say it’s a good read so far but need more time to develop as it’s barely been out for a month.4/5 as of Ch. 81PS you can check my recommendations on my profile page. it's quite good. Nothing groundbreaking, but the author pays a lot of attention to detail which is enough to make the novel stand out. So far it's a bit too focused on tournaments and sect rankings, but I assume it should be more varied later. I don't know about all the equations, math is for gaylords. I'd rather smoke weed. Really good cultivation novel for me, but not for these who like mindlessly ruthless, harem seeking or heroic protagonists🤣.
